Here&#8217;s what happens during this process:<\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"14:1-23:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:401\"><strong>Automatic Configuration:<\/strong> Outlook might prompt you to confirm your Gmail login credentials. Enter your <strong>Gmail password<\/strong> and click <strong>Sign in<\/strong>. You might also encounter an additional security prompt requiring verification through your phone or another method associated with your Gmail account&#8217;s two-factor authentication (if enabled). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-23:0\"><strong>Manual Configuration (if automatic fails):<\/strong> In some cases, automatic configuration might not work. Select the folders you want to access in Outlook (e.g., Inbox, Sent, Trash).<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"25:1-26:0\">Click <strong>Next<\/strong> and then <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><p data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:158\">Your Gmail account should now be successfully added to Outlook.
